Built by Operators. For Operators.
Our Network
CHG maintains strategic partnerships with established local professionals in restaurant equipment sales, repair, and event bartending - giving us capabilities that extend well beyond traditional consulting.
Our network across Clarksville's business community means we can source equipment, staff events, and connect you with the right vendors without you lifting a finger.
We founded CHG to bring world-class restaurant operations expertise, professional content production, and event services to the Clarksville market — all under one roof, from people who actually live here and know this community.
We're not consultants who fly in for a day and send you an invoice. We're operators who embed in your restaurant, work alongside your team, and implement real changes that show up on your P&L within 30 days.
Blake Cameron - CEO & Operations Director
Blake brings 10 years of hospitality management experience from some of the most recognized restaurants in the country.
At Sexy Fish Miami, he served as the lead training manager at one of Brickell's most celebrated dining and entertainment venues and one of the highest grossing independent restaurants in the United States - a globally recognized concept featuring original Damien Hirst artwork, Michelin-starred culinary direction, and a nightlife-meets-fine-dining experience unlike anything in South Florida.
As Senior Operations Manager for the opening team for Mimi Chinese Miami, Blake helped launch the Miami Beach outpost of this acclaimed Toronto-born concept - a Michelin-connected regional Chinese restaurant that was celebrated as one of the most exciting openings in Miami.
Blake has also managed floor operations for one of the largest multi-concept venues in Northern California, which included a nightclub, a sports bar, a casual-American dining concept, a VIP Section, and an Event Center.
Most recently, Blake was a part of the management team at Clyde's of Clarksville, bringing his fine dining experience to the local market he now calls home and giving him an excellent understanding of the local hospitality scene.
Prior to management, Blake started in the industry as a bartender and server, giving him hands on experience with every level of hospitality service. He truly believes the best leaders “practice what they preach” and implements this into every level of his leadership philosophy.
Blake is a father to a beautiful daughter, a Part 107 Drone Pilot, and served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2013. Rah.
