Why a maintenance plan

Fewer surprises.
A better service relationship.

Maintenance cannot eliminate every breakdown. It can catch developing issues sooner, keep equipment cleaner, and give you a service partner who already knows your kitchen.

01

Service before failure

We schedule preventative visits around the needs and complexity of each covered unit.

02

Priority when it matters

Members move ahead of non-members when a covered kitchen needs repair service.

03

Lower repair costs

The diagnostic is waived, with member labor and parts pricing on break-fix repairs.

Know what you own and what it needs

Asset tracking and reporting are built in.

Your maintenance plan creates a working service record for the covered equipment in your kitchen. That means less time reconstructing history when something breaks and a clearer record of what has been maintained, observed, and recommended.

ASSET RECORD

Equipment identified by unit

During onboarding, we document covered equipment with make, model, serial number, location, and data-plate photos when available. Unverified details remain marked until confirmed.

SERVICE HISTORY

Work stays tied to the equipment

Scheduled visits, technician notes, service photos, repair history, and recommendations stay connected to the specific unit, not scattered across texts and memory.

VISIT RECORD

A clearer record of each visit

Each scheduled visit is documented with the covered units, completed maintenance, observed condition, recommendations, and next scheduled service. Repairs or parts outside maintenance require separate approval.

Simple by design

How it works

  1. 01

    Kitchen walk and baseline

We identify covered equipment, confirm available identity details, and document existing condition before scheduled maintenance begins.

  2. 02

    Clear monthly quote

Your price is based on the units in your kitchen, starting at $24 per unit per month.

  3. 03

    Scheduled care

We put each covered unit on the right cadence and keep the plan month-to-month.

Coverage shaped to your kitchen

Different equipment needs different attention.

Ice machines, walk-ins, dish machines, reach-ins, cooking equipment, beverage equipment, warmers, mixers, and slicers do not belong on one generic schedule.

We inspect your equipment list, group each unit by service complexity, and build a quote around the equipment you actually operate.

Clear scope: The monthly plan covers scheduled maintenance and membership benefits. Repairs, replacement parts, and specialized hood service require separate approval.

The practical questions

What restaurant owners ask us

How much will my plan cost?

Plans start at $24 per covered unit per month. Most kitchens are about $150 per month, but your exact price depends on the number and type of units you choose to cover.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month. An annual prepay option is available for businesses that prefer it.

What happens if equipment breaks between visits?

You receive priority scheduling, a waived diagnostic, and member pricing on labor and parts. Repair work and replacement parts are not included in the monthly plan price.

Does maintenance guarantee my equipment will not fail?

No. Preventative maintenance reduces avoidable risk and helps identify developing problems, but equipment can still fail. We will always be direct about what we find and what needs repair.
